How to Install lsvpd software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

lsvpd software package provides Utility to List Device Vital Product Data (VPD), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lsvpd

lsvpd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lsvpd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lsvpd *

You will get with lsvpd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
